Over CamDiab
CamDiab ontwikkelt en verkoopt de CamAPS-reeks apps voor insulinetoediening met een gesloten regelsysteem. De software is gebaseerd op onderzoek aan de Universiteit van Cambridge en koppelt compatibele glucosesensoren en insulinepompen om de insulinetoediening te automatiseren en de dagelijkse zorg bij diabetes minder belastend te maken.
What CamDiab offers
CamDiab develops CamAPS FX, a smartphone application for hybrid closed-loop insulin delivery for people with type 1 diabetes aged one year and older. The app connects compatible continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps, adapts insulin delivery to the user and supports optional data sharing with diabetes portals.
What sets CamDiab apart
CamAPS FX uses an adaptive and personalised algorithm developed at the University of Cambridge and has been evaluated in randomised clinical trials. It is approved in multiple markets, supports use during pregnancy, works with several glucose sensors and includes CamAPS Liberty for operation without carbohydrate counting or meal boluses.
